      For Transformer we don't know what type of load we connect it may be resistive, capacitive, inductive...so the manufacturer doesn't know type of load we connect to it in order to overcome the problem it is rated in KW

      Transformer Secondary depends on the voltage and current we apply and doesn't depend on powerfactor so it is KVa not in KW.
