Equal Policy

Here, the equal policy states that our Privacy policy, Terms of Services, and equal opportunities policy are applied equally to all irrespective of caste, culture, gender, physical appearance, religion, rich or poor.

Equal Opportunities Policy

Equal Opportunities Policy states that we connect home tutors to those who need it irrespective of caste, gender, physical appearance, rich, or poor. However, if any personalized demand comes from parents then, in that case, we may match the best fit for them.

T&Cs for Home Tutors:

1. Read Refund Policy
2. The registration fee is ₹999 (including the convenience fee of ₹99).
3. The Registration is valid as long as you stay connected with us.
4. Id Renewal fee every year is ₹99. It is charged in the month of January every year.
5. We don’t charge commissions.
6. We charge Service Charge ₹99/month.
7. Receive the tuition fees directly in your hands through the parents.
8. We do not accept/receive tuition fees from the parents.
9. Ready to teach in-home tuition from Monday to Saturday for classes- Play to 8.
10. Ready to teach in-home tuition from Monday to Friday for classes- 9 & 10.
11. There will be 2 days of Free Demo Classes wherever you are going to teach. Once the confirmation from the Parents then on the confirmation basis, you may continue or discontinue.
12. Show your Id proof to the parents on the first day of the demo classes.
13. Register your student on the 1st day of the start.
14. Keep good behaviour with the parents and be eco-friendly with them.
15. Teach your students for their dream future.
16. Be punctual.
17. Give homework to your students every day.
18. Explain topics in more simple and more easily understandable.
19. If possible, take backup on Sunday for those absent days.
20. Give your best for the bright future of your students.
21. Do not discuss tuition fees with the parents.
22. The tuition fees can not be increased/decreased on or after the demo classes.
23. We do not accept advanced payment of home tuition fees.
24. The fee is paid by the parents as the month is completed.
25. Inform the parents to pay the tuition fee when the month is completed.
26. Tuition fee is charged from the parents based on Class & Distance.
27. Tuition fee is not charged from the parents based on your experience, your qualifications, parents’ living styles, financial conditions of the parents etc.
28. The tuition fee is increased by ₹200/parent on the 1st of April every year.
29. Complete the syllabus on time.
30. No activities on WhatsApp such as homework, chatting, etc.
31. Don’t receive unwanted calls such as calls from friends, relatives etc while teaching the Home Tuition. Receive only emergency calls.
32. Don’t ask personal contact details of the student.
33. Don’t misleading at the student’s home.
34. You should not be an alcoholic.
35. You should not be a smoker.
36. If in case you have an exam for you then, in that case, you should not be absent. However, if you would like to be absent, please inform us or the parents before.
37. Normally, if you are absent for the tuition, please inform us or the parents before 45 minutes.
38. Don’t share any data with your friends regarding home tuition.
39. All calls are recorded by us for quality checks & improvement.
40. We call you between 8 AM – 9 PM regarding home tuition.
41. We do not call you after 9 PM. But we receive your call 24/7.
42. Don’t switched off of your phone/mobile.
43. Keep active incoming call on your phone/mobile.
44. Inform directly the parents of the kids if in case you want to leave for 2 or 3 days i.e avoid informing the parents regarding leaves through their kids.
45. We are not responsible if in case you do any unethical activities such as cheating, stealing, damaging things etc.
46. If you are a female tutor then protect yourself wherever you are teaching or will teach. Your safety & Security is in your hands.
47. We don’t guarantee safety & Security physically.
48. We can connect you with parents within a radius of 3 km.
49. Use only one contact number for all communications either with us or with parents.
50. Please maintain a good personality and use suitable perfume when you go for teaching in the Home Tuition.
51. Let’s assume that parents reject you for any reason whatsoever. After a few days, if you receive a call from the parents, inform us immediately.
52. Don’t teach students from where you are rejected by the parents.
53. Don’t teach without student registration.
54. Don’t teach at less fee where you are already rejected by the parents.
55. Don’t bargain the tuition fee with parents at the time of the demo.
56. Don’t be absent more.
57. Don’t shout at the parents. As the customer is our god.
58. Don’t using WhatsApp, YouTube, reels etc. while teaching.
59. Case 1: The parents can debit/cut tuition fee for only your absence in the home tuition.
60. Case 2: Receive the tuition fee for all present days when you leave the home tuition. e.g Fee x No. of present days/30.
61. If you are not compatible with our T&Cs then you may not get home tuition.
62. Our Terms & Conditions may be altered at any time or situation based without any prior notice or message to you. However, if any changes occurred, we will update you regarding it.

T&Cs for Service Charge:

1. We charge Service Charge ₹99/month.
2. ₹99/m is available in the form of a subscription too.
3. Home Tutors have to pay service charges ₹99/m as long as they teach in-home tuition through us.
4. A service charge ₹99/month is applied to a home tutor if he/she is teaching at least one home tuition through us.
5. A service charge ₹99/month is applied to the home tutors who have joined on/after 23rd January 2023.

What We Offer:

No Commission

• Get home tuition at no commission.
• We do not charge a commission from a tutor (s) on the successful connection with the parents.

Home Tuition for 5 different slots

• We can maximum offer you 5 home tuitions in case you select all slots at the time of the become a Home Tutor Registration form.
• The slots start at 2:00 PM and end at 7:00 PM
• If you don’t select all the slots at the time of the registration then in that case you will be offered home tuition as per your selected slots.

365 days Home Tuition opportunity

• If you are ready to teach even on the festivals and holidays then we may arrange home tuition on these days too.

Loan

• Under Testing.

Accidental Insurance

• We provide you with accidental insurance of rupees 1 lakh.
• Visit the office as you receive the first tuition fees to get accidental insurance.
• You must be a phonePe user.
• Bring your PAN card and mobile to opt for this feature.

• Home Tuition Students may ask their questions on our website.
• You have to answer the questions.

• We conduct quizzes for the students on regular basis.
• Quizzes are prepared according to their classes and need.

Conducting test on behalf of you

• We conduct tests for the students to know their progress.

• We find vacancies and connect you accordingly. However, we send you to a school to meet and fulfil their requirements to teach in the school.

Online Home Tuition

• Select this option while filling out the registration form.

Refer a Parent & Earn ₹500

• Refer a Parent and earn ₹500 on the successful connection.
• Only home tutors are eligible for it.

Refer to Scholarship Test & Get ₹250

• Refer to Scholarship Test and get ₹250 on the successful test.
• Only home tutors are eligible for it.

Refer a Home Tutor & Earn ₹100

• Refer a home tutor and get ₹100 on a successful connection.
• Only home tutors are eligible for it.

Home Tuition Integration

• If you are teaching in-home tuition that you got yourself. You can integrate it with us.
• No integration fees.

Multiple Training Centre

• We may send you to teach in-home tuition at minimum fees.
• Teach there for at least 3 months.

Get Query Karo Verified Profile

• We use your name, address, phone number, photo, date of birth and email address to create a profile on https://querykaro.com.
• We verified it and successfully shared it with you.

• You can call us at any time.

Strictly T&Cs for offline & online Home Tutors:

General:

1. Age: 18 years or 18 years above.
2. Ready to teach in the home tuition Monday – Saturday.
3. Give time 1 hour per student, 1 hour ,20 minutes per two students and 1 hour , 30 minutes per 3 students.
4. Teaching experience: 1 year or more.
5. Minimum qualification: Under Graduation.
6. should have personal contact number & WhatsApp number.
7. should not be an alcoholic.
8. should not be a smoker & drinker.
9. should not have any police claim/case.
10. There will be 2 days of Free Demo Classes wherever you are going to teach. Once the confirmation from the Parents then on the confirmation basis, you may continue or discontinue.

These terms of services set forth the agreement between you and Query Karo (we or us). It governs your use of the services we offer through our website and application. Please make sure to read it because by using the Query Karo website, you consent to these terms.

• Who can use it

Use of the Query Karo websites by anyone under 17 years of age is prohibited. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you live.

• Registration

When you set up a profile on the Query Karo website, you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself. You agree to provide us with accurate information when you create your account on the Query Karo website. We will treat the information you provide as part of registration in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You should take care to maintain the confidentiality of your password.

• Feedback.

We welcome your feedback and suggestions about how to improve the Query Karo Website. Feel free to submit feedback at https://querykaro.com/contact-us/. By submitting feedback, you agree to grant us the right, at our discretion, to use, disclose and otherwise exploit the feedback, in whole or part, freely and without compensation to you.

• Termination.

You may close your account at any time by going to account settings and disabling your account. We may terminate or suspend or delete your Query Karo account if you violate any Query Karo policy or for any other reason.

• Definition of Your Content.  

The Query Karo website enables you to add posts, texts, photos, videos, links, and other files and information about yourself to share with others. All material that you upload, publish or display to others via the Query Karo website will be referred to collectively as “Your Content”. You acknowledge and agree that as part of using the Query Karo website, your content may be viewed by the general public.

• Ownership.  You or your licensors as applicable, retain ownership of the copyright and other intellectual property in your content, subject to the non-exclusive rights granted below.

 (i).  By submitting, posting, or displaying your content on the Query Karo website, you grant Query Karo and its affiliate companies a nonexclusive,  worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid up. Transferable, sub-licensable, license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, publish, transmit, store, display and distribute, translate, community and make available to the public, and otherwise use your content in connection with the operation or use of the  Query Karo websites or the promotion, advertising or marketing of the Query Karo websites or our business partners, in any and all media or distribution methods including via means of automated distribution such as through an application programming interface. You agree that this license includes the right for Query Karo to make your Content available to other companies, organizations, business partners or individuals who collaborate with Query Karo for the syndication, broadcast, communication and making available to the public, distribution or publication of your content on the Query Karo website or through other media or distribution methods. This license also includes the right for other users of the Query Karo website to use copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publish transmit, display, and distribute, translate, communicate and make available to the public your content, subject to our terms of service. Except expressly provided in these Terms of Service, this license will not confer the right for you to use automated technology to copy or post questions and answers or to aggregate questions and answers for the purpose of making derivative works. If you don’t wish to allow your answers to be translated by other users, you can globally opt out of translation in your profile setting or you can designate certain answers, not for translation.

ii. Once you post an answer to a question, you may edit or delete your answer at any time from public display on querykaro.com, except in the case of anonymously posted answers. However, we may not be able to control the removal of the answer from display on syndicated channels or other previously distributed methods outside of querykaro.com. Query Karo may remove suspected spam from your answers. Once you post a question, it may be edited or deleted by users by other users or by Query Karo at any time. Any edits and changes made by you may be visible to other users. The right for Query Karo to copy, display, transmit, publish, perform, distribute, store, modify, and otherwise use any question you post and sublicense those rights to others is perpetual and irrevocable to the maximum extent permitted by law, except as otherwise specified in this agreement.

(iii). You acknowledge and agree that Query Karo may preserve  your content and may also disclose your content and related information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

(a) comply with legal processes, applicable laws, or government requests;

(b) enforce these terms of service;

(c) respond to claim that any of your Content violates the rights of their parties;

(d) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issue ;

(e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Query Karo, its users, or the public.

(iv). You understand that we may modify, adapt, or create derivative works from your content in order to transmit, display or distribute it over computer networks, devices, service providers, and in various media. We also may remove or reuse to publish your content, in whole or part at any time.

(v). You further give us the permission and authority to act as your nonexclusive agent to take enforcement action against any unauthorized use by third parties of any of your Content outside of the Query Karo websites or in violation of our Terms of service.

• your responsibilities for your content.

 By posting your content on the Query Karo websites, you represent and warrant to us that:

(i) you have the ownership rights, or you have obtained all necessary licenses or permission

 To use your content and grant us the rights to use your content as provided for under this agreement, and

(ii) that posting your content violates no intellectual right of others or any applicable law or regulation, including any laws or regulations requiring disclosure that you have been compensated for your content. You accept full responsibility for avoiding infringement of the intellectual property or personal rights of others or violation of laws and regulations in connection with your content. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate Query Karo’s privacy policy, other published Query Karo policy, or any applicable law or regulation. You agree to pay all royalties, fees, and any other monies owed to any person by reason of your content.

• Applications & Mobile Devices

If you access the Query Karo website through a Query Karo application, you acknowledge that this agreement is between you and Querykaro only, and not with another application service provider or application website provider such as Google, Facebook, etc. which may provide you with the application subjects to its own terms. To the extent you access the Query Karo website through a mobile device, your wireless carrier’s standard charges, data rates, and other fees may apply

• Electronic communications.

You consent to receive communications from us by email in accordance with this agreement and applicable law. You acknowledge and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosure, and other communications that we provide to you electronically will satisfy any legal requirement that such communication is in writing.

• No endorsement or verification

Please note that the Query Karo website contains access to third-party content, products, and services, and it offers interactions with third parties. Participation or availability on the Query Karo websites does not amount to endorsement or verification by us. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content posted on the Query Karo website by anyone.

• Web Resources & Third-Party Services.

The Query Karo website may also offer you the opportunity to visit links to other websites or to engage with third-party products or services. You assume all risks arising out of your use of such websites or resources.

• Changes to the Query Karo Website.

We are always trying to improve your experience on the Query Karo Website. We may need to add or change features and may do so without notice to you.

Query Karo may amend these Terms of Service from time to time by posting new text on the site. Unless otherwise provided, the revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
