Home Tuition – Refund Policy

Home Tuition Refund Policy states that we refund if the following conditions match:

Parents:

1. The registration fee is refunded if you cancel the registration within 7 days from the registration date.
2. The refunded amount of ₹401 is credited to your account via UPI.

Tutors:

1. The subscription charge is refunded if you don’t teach in-home tuition through us.
2. The subscription charge is refunded for months you couldn’t teach in-home tuition.
3. The registration fee is refunded if you don’t get home tuition through us.
4. You can get a refund of the registration fee whenever you want.
5. If we send you to the student’s home for demo classes and you are not selected to teach there, the refund is not accepted.
6. If we call you for a demo but you are not free for the demo, the refund is not accepted.
7. If we call you for a demo and you accept it but you can’t go for the demo (reasons whatsoever), the refund is not accepted.
8. If we call you for a demo and you don’t accept it (reasons whatsoever), the refund is not accepted.
9. If we call you for a demo and you don’t receive the call (reasons whatsoever), the refund is not accepted.
10. If we call you for a demo and your phone is switched off (reasons whatsoever), the refund is not accepted.
11. Your Smile and satisfaction are our profit.
