Yes, a digital signature certificate can be used on multiple computers, but the e-Token containing the certificate must be connected to the system. Also, the token driver software must be installed on the computer to use the DSC.
Without following these procedures, you can’t access the digital signature certificate unless you fulfil all of these procedures.
