    1. Opioid over dose can lead to death due to effects of  opioid  on the part of brain which regulate breathing.

    3. Pin point pupils, unconscious ness, difficult with breathing. 
    4. World wide , about 5 lakh deaths attributable drug use. More than 70 percent of these deaths due to opioid poisoning which are caused by over dose. 
    5. According to the WHO 1,15000 people died due to opioid over dose in the year 2017.
    6. Opioid over dose not lead to death take several overdose more common. 
    7. Respiratory depression and traid symptoms are more common. 

    Hypokalemia, hypotension and some cns symptoms are more common by using opioid poisoning.
