Hi! I’m a student right now and I don’t have international transactions visa ATM Card. I went to bank for applying the Card but the bank manager had declined due to not having monthly minimum balance in my bank account. I requested them but he didn’t listen me. He said that you can not get the card unless until either you have monthly minimum balance or monthly salary in your bank. Finally, he rejected my application form. I want to buy some goods and services from foreign but I don’t have the card. Please guide me, is any other alternative option to do international transaction?
