To avoid such drawbacks a novel non penetrating technique was design improve predictability of intra ocular pressure , lower action , while reduce incidence of immediate post operative complications.
This surgery improve drainage of fluid while improving the fluidity of anterior chamber.
The surgery done with the glucoma patients.

There are two types of thalassemia
1.alpha thalassemia
2.beta thalassemia
Different genes are affected both types thalassemia.
Beta thalassemia cause by the missing of mutant genes. There are different cause of beta thalassemia they are
1.beta thalassemia minor
2. Beta thalassemia intermedia
3.beta thalassemia major ( cooley s anaemia) this is most severe form. People suffering these condition life threatening anaemia .
They regulate blood transfusion and treat ment. Many people with lack of iron cause by anaemia.

Take the text book writing some important topics regarding the topic and understand them. If the topic not understand ask friend s how to learn the concept.
After understanding the concepts writing the notes simple way, and revise during exam. Easy to get good marks.
Make flowchart way simple to learn exam remembering the concept.
Another easier way to learn concept diagrammatic way simple.
After completion of all topic just revise flowcharts, diagram, simple way to learn the concept.
Another simple way to learn concept is flash cards different colors understand different concept and writing concept easy way of understand.
