For Cyber Cafe Customers
  1. Read our Service Charge.

  4. Your relationship with us is really valuable to us.
  5. All calls are recorded by us for quality checks & improvement.
  6. Keep active incoming calls on your phone/mobile.
  7. We call you between 8 AM – 9 PM regarding our services.
  8. We do not call you after 9 PM. But we receive your call 24/7.
  9. We keep your information/data for a maximum of 1 year.
  10. We delete your all information except the contact details that you have provided us.
  11. Note: Don’t hesitate to call us. Feel free to contact us for any queries or assistance. We will be happy to assist you.
  12. Complain us if you feel any inconvenience by the staff.
  13. Case 1: If in case, you would like to take service digitally, you must have UPI payment i.e. No UPI Payment, No Online Service.
  14. Case 2: Keep good behavior with us else you will be black listed. The black listed customers are not eligible to take our services at any cost.
  15. Case 3: If in case, you would like to take our service digitally , kindly pay the service charge in advance and then we will offer the service. However, if in case, we didn’t offer the service reasons whatsoever , your amount is absolutely refundable. For more details, refer our Refund Policy.
  16. Case 4: Dues/credit system is not available in our company. However, it will be implemented soon. R&D is at progress…….
  17. Case 5: Please wait for your turn. We don’t give any priority to any customer. Your work will be done as per our token number system.
  18. Case 6: We give our best to offer you our services in the best possible way. However, if you would not like, and you keep your opinion or decision then, in this case, we don’t argue on the decision or opinion, we simply offer you the service in your way that you would like along with the new services charge will be included.
  19. Case 7: We don’t temper with any type of govt documents such as Aadhaar, Pan, Voter etc. As It falls under 420 work. Say No 420 work.
  20. Case 8: Our service charge is decided by our company policy. Moreover , the service charge doesn’t depend on your experience, behaviour, personal traits, local or vocal area, other Cyber Cafe Operators etc. The service charge is strictly designed by us.
  21. Case 9: Our service charge is not negotiable i.e it is fixed. In other words, bargaining is not allowed. However, if you would like to take discount , you can apply coupon code. Kindly refer deals & offer section for it.
  22. Case 10: We don’t discriminate whether you are a male or female, poor, rich, low, high, etc. Our company service charge and policies is equally applied on all the customers.
  23. Case 11: A customer must have a mobile number with active incoming call.
  24. Case 12: WhatsApp is strictly prohibited for audio/video calls.
  25. Case 13: Credit is not allowed. However, if you force us, you will be blacklisted. Although , it is strictly prohibited to offer credit to our customers.
  26. Case 14: If in case any damage is made by your child, children, kid, kids during the service session, the parents of the respective child, children, kid, kids are liable to pay for the damage.
  27. Case 15: We don’t do any advance work without advance payment i.e No Advance Payment , No Advance Work. Let you say I sent the document on WhatsApp , I am coming , kindly print out or any work etc.
  28. Case 16: If you need to get your work faster, kindly be present else your work may be done lately. However , if in case, you transfer your frustration on /scolded us, you will be charged randomly including penalty. Alongwith, you will totally banned even you claim your concern to consumer court , we don’t care at all. Thus, be good & take service smoothly.
  29. Case 17: If in case , we offer you job filling/fill out job application form, we use Internet Banking for the payment. We charge service charge including the Internet banking charges & taxes. We don’t use UPI payment mode for the payment. As it is not good choice for the option of the payments.
  30. Case 18: If in case, you call us and our number is busy/out of network area/not reachable/unable to connect/didn’t not receive your call, please don’t be panic. We can understand your concern, you will definitely get Back Call. Moreover, please don’t worry , we use Call Alert Technology, we get notification regarding your calls.
  31. Case 19: If in case, you come and force us to do my work firstly as I have to go to market/meeting, I have left my kid(s) at home, I have to cook food etc. We are extremely sorry , we don’t listen your dialogues as we offer our service as per our Token Number System. Just chill & visit our office in free time.
  32. Case 20: If in case, you paid us but we couldn’t offer you the service reason whatsoever, please don’t worry about your money. Your money is sincerely safe with us. You can take refund else we offer the service and give our best to complete it.
  33. Case 21: If in case, you would like to take a service from us, then kindly deal one member with us from starting to the end of the service. We don’t listen/discuss more than one member for the same service. We regret for the inconvenience caused.
  34. Case 22: If in case, we made payment for your job application form, and the payment is successfully done from our end but not reflecting on your profile of the form, we are not responsible for such issues. Kindly contact to the concerned department/company that offers the form.
  35. Case 23: Please be sure/check service charge before taking our services. As it may be changed. Refer Service Charge time to time.
  36. Case 24: If in case, we offered you service at certain service charge , it doesn’t guarantee that you will get the service at the same service charge.
  37. Case 25: As we applied for any types of documents/certificates on your behalf, we don’t give you guarantee to get the documents/certificate. The application may be rejected by the concerned department or organisation. As we are not a part of the department or the organisation.
  38. Case 26: We consider the time that you have given at your turn as per our Token Number System. The time that you have stayed or given other than your turn , aren’t considered. So, kindly don’t dialogue like I have given you much time, I am coming from so many days etc.
  39. Case 27: Smoking, Drinking & Drinkers aren’t allowed in our Cyber Cafe. It is strictly prohibited. However, if in case we found you to do so, a penalty of ₹500 is charged on you. We may take certain legal action on you regarding it.
  40. Case 28: If in case you call us in none working hours/time, we don’t receive the call. This service is allowed for only subscribed customers. However, if in case we receive the call, our service charge is applied as per our service charge policy.
  41. Case 29: If in case you call us, then don’t worry, your work will be sincerely done withing 24 hours.
  42. Case 30: If in case, mobile is required to offer you the service that you are looking for, kindly bring the mobile. We don’t give our mobile to get OTP for your work.
  43. Case 31: If in case, you want to take a xerox of your bank account passbook, we give you print out.
  44. Case 32: If in case, you want print out of your documents and we printed as per your needs and wants. However, you miscommunicate such as I didn’t say this page, or any dialogue like page is not clear, this page is not required or anything else. Once the document is printed , you have to pay the service charge. Note Please be sure before requesting to print the document else once it is printed , we can’t do anything regarding your concerns.
  45. Case 33: If in case, you want print out of your documents through WhatsApp, kindly send us either in High Quality or Document Format else once it is printed, we can’t listen your dialogues such as text is not visible, unable to read text, quality is not good etc.
  46. Case 34: If in case, you are taking our services, please be concentrated on your task. Don’t be busy on your call during the service else we can’t listen your dialogues if in case, any problem/issues occur with your task.
  47. Case 35: If in case, you are taking our services and you are busy on call during the service session, we can’t wait for you. We allot your turn to others. Note: Time is important not for only you, it is important for us too.
  48. Case 36: Kindly don’t discriminate or debate on caste, culture, religion etc. in our Cyber Cafe (Powered by Query Karo). For us, everyone is important and play a magor role for our company.
  49. Case 37: Kindly don’t debate on Politics in our Cyber Cafe (Powered by Query Karo).
  50. Case 38: Please don’t worry about your turn, your turn is absolute reserve. Please don’t be panic and don’t debate or convey or listen other customers. Moreover, no need to talk regarding your turn with anybody. We strictly follow our Token Number System (Manual/Computer Generated).
  51. Case 39: Some of the services such as xerox, print, check status, money transfer, recharge, money withdrawal are exempted from the Token Number System. However, if more than one customer comes for the exempted services, we can do it according to the Token Number System too.
  52. Case 40: If in case you have opted our service and you got the service’s application receipt, we can check your application status free of cost upto 2 times. Afterwards, you will have to pay our convenience fee.
  53. Case 41: If in case you have opted our services physically then you will have to visit our office for any queries, status etc. However , if in case, you have opted our services digitally then in this case, get all the service and support digitally.
  54. Case 42: As you know that this is Cyber Cafe (Powered by Query Karo) where Physically and Digitally both are possible here. Therfore, token number system is equally followed whether you are a physical or digital customer. So when you visit our Cyber Cafe, you will have to wait for your turn.
  55. Case 43: If in case, there is a financial transaction between us, please don’t worry about your finances or amount. Your amount is Sincerely Safe with us.
  56. Case 44: If in case you pass dialogue such as I have to go to market, I have left my kids at home, I have kept tea on stove, I have appointment, My wife is waiting, I have to attend meeting, I have to reach my office, I have to catch train, My health is not good, I’m a patient, I don’t have time to stay, I am tired, I have to run a shop, I have guest today, I have to attend party, I have to attend the school, I have to go to bank …… so on. In this case, we charge you the service charge auto Upgrade. The service charge may be Basic, Tatkal or Emergency. Refer to our service charges.
  57. Case 45: If in case, we apply for anything such as job application form, voter card, pan card, Ayushman card etc. and stuck/pending somewhere reason whatsoever we can further support you regarding that, free of cost (if the issue takes less time in the resolution) and we can charge you the service charge to resolve the issue (if the issue takes much time). Note: Time is very crucial for us.
  58. Case 46: Please don’t call us to know whether the Cyber Cafe is opened or not. Cyber Cafe (Powered by Query Karo) is always opened as per the schedule. Read Circular & Notice for more details.
  59. Case 47: If in case, you want support on a call, buy a subscription to activate the Support. No Subscription , No Support!
  60. Case 48: Kindly keep your child/children at your home before visiting our Cyber Cafe. If in case, you force us to do your work firstly, by passing a dialogue such as my child is weeping or crying, getting bored etc., we are unable to do so. We regret for the inconvenience caused.
  61. Case 49: If in case, you want your work first, please opt for our premium service.
  62. Case 50: Kindly pay the advance payment for the Advance Service.
  63. Case 51: Please don’t call us more than twice on a (an) matter/issue/service/concerns/enquiry etc. else your concern/matter/issue/enquiry can’t be resolved by us. We regret for the inconvenience caused.
  64. Case 52: If in case you lost your receipt and you request for another copy of the receipt, we can give you (if available) but charge is applicable. The charge is decided based on the situation based.
  65. Case 53: If in case, it seems that you are consuming our valuable time, we can charge you for the time too.
  66. Case 54: WhatsApp Scan & Join QR Code is no longer allowed in Cyber Cafe (Powered by Query Karo).
  67. Case 55: If in case you carry your documents in your smart phone, kindly give us password/lock pattern at the time of your work to save time. However, if you deny to do it so, your work isn’t done.
  68. Case 56: We don’t update anything regarding the status of your work.
  69. Service Charge
    1. Service charge is equally applied to all types of customers, irrespective of whether you are a Sarpanch, Mukhiya, or Nagar Parshad.
    2. Service charge is excluding of all taxes.
    3. Customer may ask for tax invoice and the invoice will be sent to email.
  70. Brand Name
    1. Chhota Block is the latest name of Home Tuition Cyber Cafe.
  71. We offer our services Truly Digitally through Google Meet. Just sit & chill at your home, get your work done digitally hassle-free.
    • A. If in case, you don’t adapt our style of offering services, kindly visit our Cyber Cafe physically to get your work done.
  72. Marketing & Promotion
    • (i) We can call you on the contact number that you have submitted to us.
    • (ii) You can get our company promotion and marketing updates via email that you have shared with us.
    • (iii) You can get our company’s telemarketing calls/telecalling. If you would like to opt out of our telemarketing calls, simply block our number from your side.
    • (iv) You may receive our company marketing and communications, as well as promotions, on your provided WhatsApp number. However, if you do not want to receive the promotion, you can block us from your end.
    • (v) Once you call us or enquire, you will get a recall/back call within 24 hours to know your interest and to improve our service in a better way. However, if you would not like our such activity, you can block our number from your end.
  73. Safety & Security
    • Kindly remove your mask/helmet/both (if you wear). Mask/Helmet/Both-wearing customers are not allowed to take any services untill or unless you don’t remove your mask/Helmet/both.
    • We can’t replay the recorded CCTV video for you lost things such as your bags, documents, helmet, etc. Kindly take care of your things when you visit us.
  74. Our Terms & Conditions may be altered at any time or in any situation without any prior notice or message to you. However, if any changes occur, we will update you regarding it.
