?अगर आप एक छात्र हैं तो आपके पास कोई अतिरिक्त समय नहीं है।
?आपके अपने लक्ष्य हैं
?आपकी कुछ महत्वाकांक्षा है
?आपकी अपनी दिनचर्या है।
?यदि आप अधिक गहन एमएलएम लेने जा रहे हैं तो आपको कुछ विचलन मिल सकता है
?MLM को इसके लिए कुछ समय चाहिए।
?इसके लिए दोस्तों के नेटवर्क की आवश्यकता होती है।
?इसके लिए लोगों के कुछ नेटवर्क की आवश्यकता होती है।
?अपने दोस्तों या किसी और को एमएलएम के बारे में बताने से पहले इसके लिए अभ्यास की आवश्यकता होती है।
हालाँकि, यदि आप एक छात्र हैं और आपका कोई विशिष्ट लक्ष्य नहीं है। और आपके पास पर्याप्त समय है तो उस स्थिति में आप एमएलएम के लिए जा सकते हैं। यह अच्छा है क्योंकि शुरुआत में आपको कुछ पॉकेट मनी मिल सकती है। कुछ अच्छे नेटवर्क के बाद इससे आपको अच्छी आमदनी हो सकती है। यहां, आपको एक संदेह हो सकता है।
?MLM क्या है?
MLM एक प्रकार की मार्केटिंग है जिसमें सीधे बिक्री की जाती है यानि इसमें डायरेक्ट सेल की जाती है।
In English :
Muliti level Marketing is not good for students as my personal opinion & observations. This is because of the following reasons :
?If you are a student then you have no extra time.
?You have your own goals.
?You have some ambition.
?You have your own daily routine.
?You may get some deviation if in case you are going to take much deeper MLM.
?MLM requires some time for it.
?It require a network of friends.
?It requires some network of people.
?It requires practice before telling about MLM to your friends or someone else.
However, If you are a student and you don’t have a specific goal. And you have enough time then in that case you may go for MLM. It is good because you may get some pocket money initially. After some well formed network, you may get good income from this. Here, you may have one doubt. What is mlm?
?MLM is a type of Marketing in which sale is done directly i.e direct sale is done in this.

I would like to share my own opinion & observation. It is upto you whether you would like to take admission in the college or not. I would like to cover the following key words:
Let’s see one by one,
Placement
This college offers a lots of employment to the emerging engineering students in the top list company such as Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, Tata Consultancy Service (TCS), amazon etc.
This is good college with respect to the Placements.
Quality Education
The good quality of the education is offered by this college. All the necessary things are available in the classroom as well as laboratory.
Teachers’ experience
According to me, the teachers have experience. If I consider 10 teachers then 6-7/10 have good experience. Some of them are very well experienced.
Mode of teaching
The teachers are using latest technology while teaching such as laptop, projector, slides etc. But it is restricted upto some classes or some topics. However, they are not providing much visual, graphics, animation, or 3D view. Most of the teachers are teaching to students in complex manner which is hardly to understand i.e complexity is more in their way of teaching. Very few teachers correlate theory subjects with practical (day to day life).
Safety & Security
If we talk about safety & security of the students then the college is providing safety & security. There is no doubt at all. But if you face an emergency in class then there is lagging in management to arrange ambulance or any other service instant because of their complexity in the Management.
Ragging
Please feel free here because there is no existence of Ragging in this college. If you belong to any country or any other culture, no worry about Ragging.
Surveillance
Everywhere CCTV cameras are installed. All cameras are strictly monitored by a team. Just chill here.
College Fees
The college fees is economic. They are not charging enough. I mean to say that “This is cheap & best college“.
Hostel fees
Hostel fee is comparatively high as compared to outside campus hostel although the quality of the foods are almost same.
Bus fee
Bus fee (Transport fee) is somewhat high. Moreover, they are not using latest technologies to monitor the live status of bus. And they are not notifying to the students if any changes in Bus Time table. They are still lagging.
Sports
If we talk about “Sports facility” then they are charging fees for sports but they are not offering the sports. They rarely offer sports to the students.
PAT
Placement & Training (PAT) is offered by the college by internal or external trainers. Students have to pay PAT fees whether you are willing to join placements or not.
Library
Library of Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College is looking so beautiful. I like it.
Library is well formed structure and almost all facilities are available such as computer, Internet, printer, Xerox, help desk etc. Moreover, Separate meetings rooms are also available. That is also under surveillance. These all facilities make the library so beautiful and attractive.
Facilities
If we talk about facilities then there are facilities such as
Rules & Regulations
Rules and regulations are strictly followed within the campus or nearby the campus.Mobile & smart phone are strictly prohibited. This is really good. I congrats their management. Please keep it up.
Support Team
If you are willing to start any business then “Entrepreneurship Development Cell” will support you from foundation to set up your business. Let’s discuss some more here. They support to students who are interested to start a business as “Startup” or existing one. They provide the following things to students:
If you are doing any research projects then Support team (some experienced teachers) will support you.
Encouragement
If we talk about “Encouragement” then most of teachers will motivate you from time to time. They share their own experiences with the students. HODs of any department are so Eco-Friendly and they always motivate every students for students’ goal and dream.
Infrastructure
Infrastructure of Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College is really so appreciable. They have built the infrastructure keeping in mind that Planting can also be done near by every building.
I really appreciate the college owners who have offered this beautiful ecosystem.
Surroundings environment
If we talk about Surroundings environment then this college is situated at a place whose surroundings are mountains,greenery.
Eco-Friendly
Almost the staff, coworkers, colleagues, teachers and management are Eco-Friendly.
Parking facility
Parking facility is also available for the students but the vehicles are at owners risk.
Popularity
If we talk about “Popularity” of this college then this is the most popular in Andhra Pradesh. On the other hand side, the college is less popular in others part of India such East, West & North.
Avoid
Although you have seen above about this college and campus, you have to avoid the following points to survive in the campus of the college :
Last but not the least “They implement some unacceptable business schemes” without taking feedback from the students.

There is no official best way to celebrate Teacher’s Day rather the way you celebrate Teacher’s Day is always the best way for you & your invaluable teacher. The best way to celebrate Teacher’s Day is vary from person to person, idea to idea. For example if we talk about Ekalavya, he presented his Right Thumb to Guru Dronacharya as Gurudakshina. This was the best way to celebrated Teacher’s Day by Ekalavya. Let’s see another example : one student came on Teacher’s day and told his teacher that I’m selected for IAS. Well, first of all, you have to ask the following questions yourself/yourselves :

Q2. Which type of business do you want to start?
Q3. What is your niche business idea?
Q4. How is your business going to solve the problem of the society?
Q5. How will your business be different from others business?
Q6. Are you really interested for doing business or just feeling of doing business came on your mind after seeing others?
Q7. In which category does your business fall either “Start up or General business”?
If you got answered by yourselves and the business is “OK” for you then proceed towards planning and establishing.
Now, you have to find out exactly “In which category does your business fall?”
Case 1: If you are going to start “Start up” then

What is “GAP year?
Any student who want to start” Start up” then they can starting their business. The college will provide one/two year of time which will consider as “GAP year” means that the student who had pause their study e.g 3-1(say).The student after one year or two year(maximum) can restart their study from the same point (i.e 3-1).

Case 2: If you are going to start “General business”. In this case, there are following problems, you will face:

Note: The rules & regulations of an Indian college is just like robots where you will always busy in rules & regulations of the college. I can’t explain in depth this section otherwise owner of the education system of India will cry on my answer.

You can start business but your business must and should be “Digital” i.e a business can be operated via digital devices such as Mobile, computer, laptop, tablet etc.is called “Digital business” e.g e-commerce, marketing, consultancy, app development etc. This type of business can be operated from anywhere even from your college campus also.

If you have innovative ideas, please go ahead.
If you have general idea then please find the idea can be implemented Digitally or not. If no, please focus on your study and wait for the completion of your study. If yes, proceed towards your business activities…..

Ans. Generally, a business having unique idea & more demanding is good to generate more revenue. This type of business is generally called “Start up”.
