• Manpower planning & Recruitment
• Identifying the need for training and Organizing the Training Modules
• Handling Employee welfare activities & HR General activities
• Handling Periodical Performance reviews & evaluations of various departments
• Generation of various MIS Reports of the HRD Department
• Implementation of Various HR Policies and aid in the improvement for the same
