- Manage different types of candidates at the same time
- Well versed in recent Technologies, sourcing & screening of the candidates
- Well acquainted with candidate engagement from screening to onboarding
- Ensure quality profiles are delivered to the clients at a turnaround time
- Maintain proper records of the Candidate data management
- Maintain structured records/data of activities performed to draw insights and take corrective actions of the work done
