• Manage different types of candidates at the same time
• Well versed in recent Technologies, sourcing & screening of the candidates
• Well acquainted with candidate engagement from screening to onboarding
• Ensure quality profiles are delivered to the clients at a turnaround time
• Maintain proper records of the Candidate data management
• Maintain structured records/data of activities performed to draw insights and take corrective actions of the work done
