    I don’t know what others can do for the company. I can tell what I can. Its up to interview panel to decide whether I’ve something unique or not. I can–

    1) Try everyday to grow from the inputs that I get from customers, seniors and also by introspection.

    2) Give my every bit possible to learn the skills required for the work.

    3) Try my level best to infuse a common positive professional environment to which everyone can easily adapt and work rather being discretely stuck to own individuality.

    4) Even compromise my or company’s profit’s if it comes at the cost of work ethics because profit and loss can both be done in a day but reputation can’t be earned in a day, yes it can be lost for sure.

    5) Always intend to balance the two poles- company’s interest and honor, from my work and behavior.

    6) Be active and truthful in giving suggestions to improve company.

    7) Be watchful of my actions and its effect on customers and within colleagues.

    To summaries what I can do for company, a simple example I want to give- Being a cell I can contribute in making the environment a tissue and further an organ to execute the specific tasks given and also coordinate well with other organs for growing organism like organisation-company.

    This question is very thinkable. Lets assume I received CEO’s call then the maximum Profit & Loss are as follows:

    Profit:

    • I obey and respect the call of CEO.
    • I can take any action immediately if the call was an emergency call.
    • My impression will be continue good.
    • My job is in safe zone.🤝
    • There is a chance to get promotion.
    • Only lucky people like me may get the call directly from the CEO of the company.🥳

    Note: These are my personal benefits.

    Loss:

    • The company will loose one customer.
    • There will be impact on the daily sales.
    • The growth of the company will also get affected.
    • We cannot call the customer later because most of the reputable companies don’t call to their customers directly.
    • Bad impression can seen from customer side.
    • CRM will be impacted.
    • The customer may give negative feedback on our Online Reputation management i.e Google My Business .
    • We may loose the good opportunities from the customer side and so on.

    Note: These losses will be for the company and consequently the company may offer less no. of employment in the coming days due to loss. There is also chance to loose my job😭.

    Note: Business is very competitive in nature therefore a single customer is equal to Hanuman Ji to fire 🔥 entire Company like Lanka.

    Thus, Receiving the call of the customer is always benefited for the company & their employees.

    One doubt may arise here.

    Then, what will the CEO do if I did not receive the call?

    Answer is very simple. CEO is also an employee of the company. So don’t bother about him. According to equality policy ,the CEO of the company cannot dismissed you from the job. You have equal right to explain the situation and report to the CEO.

    ⭐Bonus points of the answer⭐

    👉No customer ,no business then no CEO and thus no employment.

    👉Customer is a god for any business/company irrespective of their cast,gender , nationality , culture , poor, rich etc.

    👉Why CEO’s call ,even owner of the company will call at the same time , I will not receive.
