There are 3 ways to get a job:

    1. Free
    2. Paid
    3. Recommendations

Let’s see them one by one

Free: In this, you have to study and pass the competitive exams. This requires time, patience, strategy and consistency in the study.

Paid: In this, you have to pay to get a job. It requires lots of money to buy a job in a big organisation or company. It is risky.

Recommendation: You have to approach your friends, relatives and other people to recommend you for a job in a specific company. It requires the right person for the recommendation.

Now, you may think, which is the best one? Actually, all the 3 ways are in demand and going on. It is up to you which way would you like to get a job? But my personal opinion is “Go with free” because it will teach you a lot, such as what is pain & gain to taking a job? Then, you may respect the job & responsibilities after getting it.

These are the possible ways to get a job.

    Regards

I would like to highlight general problems due to which you are not getting the job:

    • As you have said that ” I am trying for a job but not getting it”. Your sentence is showing that you are not confident. Try will give only Cry. First of all, change your attitude from defence to attack.
    • As you are finding an answer for it “Where is the mistake?” The mistake is you & your attitude.

Explanation: First of all, understand yourself rather than getting a job. To be clear about yourself, ask the following questions yourself:

    1. What is your dream/goal/vision/mission/ambition?
    2. What is your strategy for it (dream job)?
    3. How much time are you allocating for it?
    4. What is the schedule for it?
    5. What is everyday contribution for it?
    6. Are you enhancing the relevant skills for your dream job?
    7. Are you looking for an internship to get practical knowledge for your dream job?
    8. How do you manage your time?
    9. Are you taking guidelines for your dream jobs from someone (who is eligible to guide you)?
    10. Are you giving your BEST?

Find answers to the above questions by yourself. I hope you will get the answer to your questions (Where am I lagging?).

The bonus part of the answer

Don’t be sad. Move with a goal-oriented strategy(plan). NEVER GIVE UP!

According to my research on the companies and their hiring includes communication skills as the skill required to perform better and lead the team. Moreover, a student can not get a job without communication skills. This skill is the father of all skills. Without it, other skills do have not much significance.

Is job after B.Tech standard differ from job after any higher studies?

Firstly, It depends on how you describes the standard of job i.e in terms of money, job security, amount of work, types of work etc. By doing higher education you may be directly promoted to the higher post. But if you do job after Btech it may take some years to get promoted to next level.

Also, realize that “not doing things exactly as I would or want them to be done, catering to my own timeframes and desire” is not necessarily being lazy or stupid. Do you cater to their wants the same way you want them to cater to yours?

It could very well be that you are simply surrounded by complete losers and idiots. Make sure, if you’re going to stress yourself to an early grave, that it’s really over them being lazy and/or incompetent, and not a case of you having a very self-centered life view.
