If in case, you are unable to provide the convening reason ,then the company may take some action on you such as the company may put you into a blacklist and due to blacklisted ,other companies may also not offer you job in coming days ,because of bad impression & your character with the past company. The company can take action on you as you have violated the agreement with the company. However , if you provide the convincing reason then you may not put it into the blacklist and you can take job in other company.
The companies are tied up with an organisation body for the quality and quantity control and checkup.
