- Get Direct Admission of your child. There is no free demo class.The admission fee is ₹500. The last 4 – digits of the aadhaar card of the student/parents are mentioned in the admission form.
- The tuition fee is increased as per our fee structure on the 1st of April every year. Only eligible parents/students are allowed for it.
- Id Renewal fee every year is ₹99. It is charged in April every year.
- All the customers are requested to pay development charges of ₹300/student in the month of April every year.
- Pay the home tuition fees on time. However, pay the fee between 1st – 10th of every month irrespective of date of join.
- The parents are requested to pay the tuition fees on time.If the parents fail to pay the tuition fees in the provided period, ₹15/day will be charged to the parents as a delay charge. Effective from 01/11/2025.
- Inform us if in case our tutor is giving your child/children tasks on WhatsApp.
- Contact us for any assistance.
- Complain to us directly regarding any concern.
- Inform us of any misleading or misbehaving with your child/children by our tutor.
- We don’t charge extra fees or beyond the applicable fees.
- Your relationship with us is really valuable to us.
- All calls are recorded by us for quality checks & improvement.
- We call you regarding the tuition.
- Keep active incoming calls on your phone/mobile.
- Don’t switch off your phone/mobile.
- If you have any queries regarding tuition fees, please call us before the demo.
- Do not discuss tuition fees with the teacher/tutor.
- The tuition fees can not be reduced/decreased on or after the demo classes.
- Leaves due to holidays, festivals, etc. are always counted in the working days.
- Don’t send your child/children at different time slots.
- Inform us if you want to cancel our tuition service.
- The registration is cancelled within 24 hours from the time you discontinue our tuition service.
- We call you between 8 AM – 9 PM regarding the tuition.
- We do not call you after 9 PM. But we receive your call 24/7.
- We keep your information for a maximum of 1 year after the cancellation of the tuition service.
- We delete your all information except the contact details that you have submitted in the registration form.
- If you need once again our home tuition service, once new registration is done and the registration fee of ₹500 (including the convenience fee of ₹99) is charged.
- Inform the company 45 minutes before, if your child/children will be absent (reason whatsoever).
- Note: Don’t hesitate to call us. Feel free to contact us for any queries or assistance. We will be happy to assist you.
- Tuition fee can’t be increased or decreased on/after admission to classes from parents.
- We don’t charge tuition fees in advance.
- We charge an advance tuition fee for only those tutors who have a 4.0+ rating.
- Pay the tuition fee on time directly to the company.
- Complain us if you feel any inconvenience by the teacher/tutor.
- The Subject “Sanskrit” is not allowed in our company.
- The CFT (Confirmed Fifteen & Thirty Test) is conducted only in the presence of the tutor. Moreover, there is no other test.
- All the students must & should read & focus on all subjects equally. i.e Don’t go with only one subject.
- Case I: Pay the tuition fees by yourself i.e. don’t pay the tuition fee through your kids.
- Case II: Kindly clear all the dues up to the end of the old session before commencing the new session.
- Case III: There is no concept of “Extra Time” in our company. However, you want “Extra Time” then you will have to pay “Extra on Extra” in the same proportion.
- Case IV: If in case, you want profile/resume of tutor(s), we charge you ₹99 per tutor’s profile.
- Case V: If in case, you upgrade class of your child/children, the tuition fee will be recalculated, and the calculation is done with respect to the current fee structure. However, you degrade class of your child/children , there is no recalculation of the tuition fees is done. Note: Here, Calculation means to apply algorithm to charge tuition fees from a customer.
- Case VI: Home Tuition Customers are not eligible for Coaching Centre.
- Case VII: If in case, student’s attendance is less than 75%, condonation charges of ₹99 is applied.
- Case VIII: If in case, your child take admission between 21st to 30th of the month , the date of commencement is considered from 1st of the next month. The payment schedule is between 1st – 10th of every month.
- Case IX: If in case, there are dues for more than or equal to 2 months, your admission is cancelled. In such case, take readmission after clearing all the dues. Note – Readmission fee is applied.
- Case X: All the students are requested to keep short nail, proper hair style. Kindly avoid nail polish as well as lipstick. If in case, we found, a penalty of ₹99 is charged.
- Case XI: All the parents/customers are requested to attend Truly Parents & Teachers Meeting (T -PTM) on every second Sunday of a month on the same time of the class time table. Note You are not allowed to meet teacher(s) on any other day.
- Case XII: Take NOC (No Objection Certificate) of Cancellation of Our Service by visiting Coaching Centre Office. Note Cancellation of our service is not done at phone calls (Reason whatsoever). Moreover, if in case you don’t take NOC, tuition fee is charged untill cancellation of our service.
- As per our Child Protection Awareness Program (CPAP), all the students as well as parents are kindly requested you that please take care of dressing style/sense of the students. If in case, we found any students in irregular dressing style, the admission is cancelled.
- Seating Arrangement: All the boys and girls are allowed to sit in front & back in the class respectively.
- Our Terms & Conditions may be altered at any time or situation without any prior notice or message to you. However, if any changes occur, we will update you regarding it.
