Cyber Cafe – Rights To Recall Service

The Rights to Recall Service is stated as follow:

We give Rights to our customers to get the service at the lowest possible price if in case they are not satisfied with the service in the first attempt/time i.e No need to pay 100% service charge on retaking the service.

The Rights to Recall Service is defined in another form as it is an opportunity to get the service once again on your dissatisfaction at 10%-25% of the service charges.

Some of the services are exempted from RTRS that will be declared here after the case observation.

e.g. We have applied Caste Certificate and the certificate is rejected reason whatsoever , no need to pay 100% of the service charge once again , we can offer you the service once again at the rate ₹10. i.e called Rights to Recall Service.
