Cyber Cafe – Cancellation Policy

Here, we have stated our cancellation policy. Kindly read it carefully before opting our services. The cancellation policy is as follow:

  1. You (customers) can cancel service before getting final delivery. However , if in case, we (Company) have successfully delivered the service , can not be cancelled.
  2. Some of the services once send for the processing, can not be cancelled.
  3. Some of the services are being offered by our channel partners, are not cancelable.
  4. Some of the services, you can cancel but if in case, any investment or transaction is made for processing the services, you will have to pay the processing fees.
  5. When you cancel the service , you will get refund after deduction of all the charges such as processing charges, convenience charges etc.
  6. Sometime , we cancel the service reasons whatsoever, we refund your amount without any deduction.
  7. Digital customers can cancel the service digitally. And physical customers can cancel the service physically.
  8. If in case, we fail to deliver the service on time or on time including relaxation times, we can refund you the amount.
  9. Only the customers who deal with us are liable to cancel the service.
  10. If in case, we have observed any unethical practices from your side during the service session, is considered for canceling the service.
