Here, the equal policy states that our Privacy policy, Terms of Services, and equal opportunities policy are applied equally to all irrespective of caste, culture, gender, physical appearance, religion, rich or poor.

Equal Opportunities Policy states that we provide CCTV Solution to those who need it irrespective of caste, gender, physical appearance, rich, or poor. However, if any personalized demand comes from customers then, in that case, we may match the best fit for them.
T&Cs for CCTV Customers:
- Read Refund Policy
- The quotation price may vary from the actual one. This is happens due to market price and its variation.
- The Know Your Customer is valid as long as you stay connected with us.
- Ask to show Id proof from site instalation team members on the day of the installation.
- Keep good behaviour with us and be eco-friendly with us.
- We don’t share any data with any third parties.
- All calls are recorded by us for quality checks & improvement.
- We call you between 8 AM – 9 PM regarding CCTV Solution.
- Don’t switched off your phone/mobile.
- Keep active incoming call on your phone/mobile.
- Our all the products’ price is Excluding GST.
- Case 1: If in case, you want a GST Invoice , kindly pay GST to get the invoice.
- Case 2: Once the products is/are sold, not refundable.
- Case 3: Once the products is/are bought, can’t be changed/returned/exchanged etc.
- Case 4: If in case, any fault is found in the products, the customer has to go to service centre for the repairing.
- Case 5: Discount is not done after purchasing of all the devices. If in case, any discount is done by the customer, they will not get 3 months of free services after the installation.
- Case 6: The customer must tell his/her full name to get the support service.
- Case 7: Purchased/Bought Goods by you is not refundable/exchangeable. Moreover, goods once sold will not be taken back.
- Case 8: Interest at the rate of 18% p.a will be charged if the payment is not made with in the stipulated/said time.
- Case 9: If in case you made any discount at the time of payment, 3 Months of free support is no longer valid for you i.e we can’t give you free support.
- Case 10: If in case you want our team should visit your site before installation of devices, the devices must be greater than or equal to 32CH DVR/NVR else site Visit is not possible practically other than Patna.
- Case 11: The prices of the quotation may be varied.
- Case 12: If in case you want technical support, please have a patience , your concern is closed as soon as possible.
- Services & Support
- 3 Months of free support is strictly valid for channel based installation customers.
- Third Parties
- We don’t setup cctv cameras on behalf of any third parties such as cctv camera shopkeeper, contractor etc.
- If you are not compatible with our T&Cs then you may not get the service.
- Our Terms & Conditions may be altered at any time or situation based without any prior notice or message to you. However, if any changes occurred, we will update you regarding it.
