    Sir,

    I don’t know what others can do for the company. I can tell what I can. Its up to interview panel to decide whether I’ve something unique or not. I can–

    1) Try everyday to grow from the inputs that I get from customers, seniors and also by introspection.

    2) Give my every bit possible to learn the skills required for the work.

    3) Try my level best to infuse a common positive professional environment to which everyone can easily adapt and work rather being discretely stuck to own individuality.

    4) Even compromise my or company’s profit’s if it comes at the cost of work ethics because profit and loss can both be done in a day but reputation can’t be earned in a day, yes it can be lost for sure.

    5) Always intend to balance the two poles- company’s interest and honor, from my work and behavior.

    6) Be active and truthful in giving suggestions to improve company.

    7) Be watchful of my actions and its effect on customers and within colleagues.

    To summaries what I can do for company, a simple example I want to give- Being a cell I can contribute in making the environment a tissue and further an organ to execute the specific tasks given and also coordinate well with other organs for growing organism like organisation-company.

    We can understand this, by the formula- Distance = Speed × Time. 

    When we observe a coin even from 90° above the bottom, time {for observation of light (coming from coin)} is constant for both phase of light. i.e. (1) In the air (2) In the other refractive media (like water). It means, in the same duration of time, we are looking at the distance traveled by light in both media (e.g. water and air).

    As we know, the speed of light decreases in water. So, the distance that it travels in the same duration of time, in water, appears to be lesser, than that in the air. Thus, the coin appears to be at a lesser depth.

    [Main concept behind the phenomena- Apparent relativity of speed, time and distance. For example- When we see a Jet airplane flying in air or a train running at a distance. Both appear to move slowly. Reason- Distance for observation can be within two palms placed at the side of both eyes.]
